Mesa, Arizona: March 2021 – Strategic Development Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of their Red Mountain Self- Storage & RV facility in Mesa, Arizona. The facility services the northeast Mesa neighborhoods including Las Sendas and Red Mountain Ranch. The facility’s 91,500 SF facility that includes standard drive-up storage, climate-controlled storage, and covered RV space, achieved over 60% occupancy at the time of sale13 months after opening.

180 Self-Storage, LLC, an award-winning self-storage management and consulting company based in Gilbert, AZ, provided the construction management and the third party management of the property.
