Strategic Development Group Acquires Self-Storage Facility
Tulsa, OK , – March 2021 – Strategic Development Group, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of the former “Kool Storage” now Woodlands Self Storage at 8175 S Mingo Road.
Woodlands Self Storage is a 4-level institutional/REIT-quality self-storage facility comprised of 660 climate-controlled storage units totaling 75,300 net rentable square feet. Woodlands is situated on 2.33 acres, built-in 2017, and was owned by the original developer, the building is constructed from insulated concrete form (ICF) reinforced concrete, and the building is entirely climate-controlled, with a wet commercial fire suppression system, two hydraulic elevators with 5,000 lbs. capacity each, and motion-detected lighting throughout.
The project was closed year-end 2020 and was 35% leased at the time of the sale. 180 Self Storage will provide the third-party management for the project.
