Strategic Development Group Opens Another Location

Lansdale, PA: May 31, 2022– Strategic Development Group, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of their newly constructed North Penn Self Storage facility. Located on the site of the former New York Boiler facility, the property sits right on Route 309 with over 40,000 vehicles per day in front of the site. The three-story project is comprised 65,000 rentable square feet with over 580 units.

The 88,000 SF facility sits on over 1.75 acres and includes state-of-the-art, air-conditioned storage spaces. The building was built by Storage Construction out of York PA.

180 Self-Storage, LLC, an award-winning self-storage management and consulting company based in Gilbert, AZ, is provided the construction management and will handle the operations third-party management of the property.

Strategic Development Group, LLC in partnership with their consultants, is excited to be open for business and to bring this state-of-the-art facility to the vibrant northeastern community of Lansdale, PA.
