Strategic Development Group Opens Red Mountain Self-Storage & RV
Mesa, Arizona: December 2, 2019 – Strategic Development Group, LLC is pleased to announce the opening for business of the Red Mountain Self-Storage & RV facility in Mesa, Arizona. While not part of the actual property, Red Mountain Self-Storage is surrounded by the Longbow Market Place and Business Center, a mixed-use commercial and industrial project that encompasses the Longbow Golf Club. The facility will service the fast-growing northeast Mesa area including Las Sendas and Red Mountain Ranches.
The 91,500 SF facility is comprised of over 4 acres and includes more than 75,000 SF of air-conditioned space with 16,500 SF of standard drive-up space. In addition, there is more than 40,000 SF of covered RV parking included in the project. The building, designed by ARC Services Inc., was built with the specific needs of this site and the surrounding uses in mind. Its features include a large, covered loading area; wide, well-lit interior corridors; wide drive-aisles; and a state-of-the-art security system.

180 Self-Storage, LLC, an award-winning self-storage management and consulting company based in Gilbert, AZ, is providing the construction management and the operations third-party management of the property.
