Strategic Development Group Constructing Red Mountain Self-Storage & RV

Mesa, Arizona: June 28, 2019 – Strategic Development Group, LLC is pleased to announce the construction of the Red Mountain Self-Storage & RV facility in Mesa, Arizona. While not part of the actual property, Red Mountain Self-Storage is surrounded by the Longbow Business Center, a mixed-use commercial and industrial project that encompasses the Longbow Golf Club. The facility will service two exclusive neighborhoods in Mesa, Las Sendas and Red Mountain Ranch.

The 91,500 SF facility will be constructed on over 4 acres and includes more than 75,000 SF of air-conditioned space with 16,500 SF of standard drive-up space. In addition, there will be more than 40,000 SF of covered RV parking included in the project. The building, designed by ARC Services Inc., was built uniquely with the specific needs of this site and the surrounding uses in mind. Its features include a large, covered loading area, wide, well-lit interior corridors, wide drive-aisles and a state-of-the-art security system.

Strategic Development Group, in partnership with their consultants, expects to deliver the project in mid-October 2019.

180 Self-Storage LLC, an award-winning self-storage management and consulting company based in Gilbert, AZ, is providing the construction management and the operations third-party management of the property.

Strategic Development Group is an Arizona limited liability company with a focus on commercial real estate development and an emphasis on creating Class A quality self-storage and other commercial development projects on a national level.
