Strategic Development Group Closes on Lansdale PA Site

Lansdale, PA: January 2021 – Strategic Development Group, LLC is pleased to announce we closed on a 1.75-acre site with a 30,000 SF building for the conversion to conditioned Self Storage. The project will be comprised of over 500 units and will be three stories. Located on the site of the former New York Boiler facility the property sits right on Route 309 with over 40,000 vehicles per day in front of the site.

The 88,000 SF facility is comprised of over 1.75 acres and includes more than 70,000 SF of air-conditioned state-of-the-art storage space. The building is to be designed and built by Storage Contractors out of York PA.

Strategic Development Group, LLC in partnership with their consultants, is excited to bring this state-of-the-art facility to the vibrant northeastern sub-market of Lansdale, PA.

180 Self-Storage, LLC, an award-winning self-storage management and consulting company based in Gilbert, AZ, is providing the construction management and the operations third-party management of the property.
